Sarah was bitten by the acting bug when she was in junior high school. The drama teacher who she was with caught her running across his lawn in an effort not to arrive late for field hockey practice he told that she should not attend practice but join the cast of Richard III and thus began her passion for acting. Sarah decided to take her love of this art and further her education by studying English as well as Theatre at Hamilton College studying theatre overseas in London and Oxford during her junior year and after graduation, she graduated as a magna cumlaude from Hamilton then went on to pursue a degree for a year at Yale Drama school. Her passion for learning about the arts was encouraged by her parents her mother who was the chairperson of the English Department at the Convent of the Sacred Heart in Greenwich CT and her father an accomplished painter.
