Sarah Rafferty

Sarah was bitten by the acting bug when she was in junior high school. The drama teacher who she was with caught her running across his lawn in an effort not to arrive late for field hockey practice he told that she should not attend practice but join the cast of Richard III and thus began her passion for acting. Sarah decided to take her love of this art and further her education by studying English as well as Theatre at Hamilton College studying theatre overseas in London and Oxford during her junior year and after graduation, she graduated as a magna cumlaude from Hamilton then went on to pursue a degree for a year at Yale Drama school. Her passion for learning about the arts was encouraged by her parents her mother who was the chairperson of the English Department at the Convent of the Sacred Heart in Greenwich CT and her father an accomplished painter. Her training and talents paid off. Samantha Who?, Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? along with many other TV series have featured her. Without A Trace CSI Miami, Bones as in feature films such as Four Single Fathers or Falling For Grace and professional performance on stage such as As You Like It and Gemini. Sarah's television acting career is complemented by her role as a spokesperson for the Alzheimer's Association. She speaks frequently on the subject. Sarah hosted the most recent Sardi occasion, which took place in March 2016, at which she hosted three of the annual Sardi celebrations. Sarah lives on both east and west coasts with her spouse and two daughters. She travels back and forth to Toronto for jobs.
